What is Systemic Family Constellation?
Systemic Family Constellation is a therapeutic tool, developed by the German Psychotherapist Bert Hellinger 30 years back and used in more than 30 countries, It unravels what we carry from our parents and ancestors on a subconscious level, and could be blocking one or more areas of our lives, such as relationships, career etc.
Signs that help you identify that you need a Family Constellation?
1- You have always had a problem with your father, mother, partner, sons/daughters or any member of the family.
2- Repeated patterns; some situations keep repeating themselves in your life, with the same and/or different people, forming a pattern. You’re not very happy about it but it keeps coming back.
3-You feel STUCK in one or more areas of your life, such as: work, relationships, etc. Or maybe everything seems fine with your life, but you still don’t seem to be happy, not sure why.

*NB: In group sessions, Miral uses a technique called “Blind Constellations”, during which a small group of people – who represent family members, aspects or values in your life, without knowing the issue or who they represent. Basically, they are not presented with any details of what’s going on and thus full privacy of the person’s issue is maintained, and hence the name “Blind Constellations”.
